SoftAspects may obtain some private information via registration forms, promotional campaigns, products order information or e-mail communications. Such information is shared between those SoftAspects employees who is involved in such communications only.

SoftAspects web servers may record visitors information obtained from web analytics tools used for site usage analysis. The company will not disclose this information to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

SoftAspects may send it's product related information to e-mail addresses of registered users. In such communications there is a clearly stated option to not receive this information anymore.
